IO module control box

1. The module adopts an embedded IO box developed with industrial grade chips. The IO box serves as a data node in the AGV project system, which interfaces with production line equipment for signals and interacts with the scheduling system through wireless WIFI for data exchange
2. It has rich external interfaces, such as Ethernet ports, 2 RS232 interfaces, 1 CAN bus interface, 12 input/output channels, and industrial grade design, meeting the signal interaction requirements of most industrial automation
3. Scripted configuration, LCD display, simple configuration operation, commonly used for docking control of equipment such as production line PLCs, palletizing robotic arms, elevators, fast doors, and rollers.

Call Button Box

Install a call button box on the unloading station of each packaging production line, and after each unloading, press a call button to have AGV go to its station to pick up empty pallets and transport them to the empty pallet buffer zone for flat stacking.
Bar Code Scanning Gun

Use QR code scanning to call a forklift to retrieve empty pallets on the finished product packaging production line. After manually removing empty pallets in the production workshop, clear the warehouse location and provide feedback information to the scheduling system.
